Margaret O'Flaherty started working in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis in 2007 and has been a BCBA since 2014. Over the years, she also discovered her love of creating and facilitating adult training workshops. Margaret is now the Clinical Director, CEO, and Owner of Virtual Behaviour Services Inc. in Ontario Canada where she and her staff offer a variety of supports to children, families, parents, and community partners, virtually and in-person.
