In this training, Kate Grimes, BCBA, will look at the behaviour assessment from an organization behaviour management (OBM) perspective. The reason why we complete a performance assessment is so that we can have an evaluation in an objective way. We can look at the behaviour of individual team members, leader and organisation as a whole. This will help us to understand what is important for us to work on and what we need to improve.
