Malika Amirsaidova

I am a BCBA and completed my course work at Florida Institute of Technology. I graduated from the Tashkent Medical Institute of Paediatrics (Uzbekistan) and following my clinical internship qualified as a GP Paediatrician. Later, I graduated from the Middlesex University Dubai with an MSc in Applied Psychology. Soon after my graduation I joined Inspire Therapy where I studied and qualified as a Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT).

My prior work experience covers various professional engagements with “Médecins Sans Frontières” (“Doctors Without Borders”), Red Crescent Society of Uzbekistan and other institutions.

Having medical and psychological academic backgrounds, currently pursuing professional studies in behavioural analysis and being a mother of four children I strongly believe that behavioural and developmental support is as important as any medical treatment.

Although all children have different personalities and levels of development and performance, all children are equal in their right and aspiration to live productive, meaningful and happy lives. I am delighted to be part of the Inspire Therapy team, to work with children with special needs and witness them making small, yet ground-breaking steps towards becoming socially adaptive and interactive members of our society, towards living a healthier and happier life.

There is so much in life that gives us faith!
